Basic Steps in Bell Pepper Garnishing

Here are some basic styles in Bell Pepper garnishing.

BELL PEPPER TULIP

Steps in Bell Pepper Tulip:
 
1. Cut three even lengthwise lines from the top  of the pepper to the middle.  

2. Cut a flap of skin as thinly as possible. 

3. Bend flaps outward to form petals, 
     allowing the seeds to be seen.

4. Soak in icy water to allow petals to bend.
BELL PEPPER STRIPS
Steps in Bell Pepper Strips:

1. Cut the bell pepper and remove stalk, seeds, and core. 

2. Cut it into strips, according to desired sizes. 

3. Garnish it fresh or slightly fried.
